- Change of Clothing (non-cotton) 
- Two Light Sources (one must be hands free) 
- Personal First-Aid Supplies 
- Two Fire Sources (waterproof matches/lighter/candles) 
- Knife 
- Food for 48 Hours 
- 2 Liters of water 
- Emergency shelter
